1. HAZOP Study

Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study for continuous or batch processes, or procedural operations is an excellent tool to identify potential hazards and operability issues and recommending preventive actions.

2. On-site Emergency plan

An emergency in the factory has potential to cause serious injuries or loss of live or extensive damage to the property and / or environment and serious disruption both inside and / or outside the works. In such cases sometimes outside agencies are required to call for help in handling the situation. The causative factors like plant / equipment failure, human error, earthquake, sabotage etc. will normally manifest in various forms viz. Fire, Explosion, Toxic and Structure collapse etc. During this event timely and organized action must be taken to control the situation and to minimize the damage or loss to the factory, human beings and environment. Hence the need of a proper „On–Site Emergency Plan (EPRP)‟. Such plan gives the guidelines for employees, contractors, transporters and Visitors etc.

3. General Safety audit

The main objective of any safety audit is to carry out a systematic, critical appraisal of all potential hazards involving personnel, plant, services and operational methods in order to ensure that existing Health and Safety practices fully satisfy the requirements stipulated by law. It is also imperative to ensure that your employees feel safe working in your organization.

Our Safety Auditors carry out every safety audit as per ‘The Code of Practice’ on Occupational Safety & Health ‘Indian Standard – 14489:1998, OSHAS: 18000, EMS: 14000 & NBC 2005 and other national and international standard applicable to each particular industry.

4. Fire safety audit

For Buildings,Hotels,Banks,Small,Medium and Large Scale Industries we carry out fire safety audit. Our team carries out fire safety audit as per various IS standards such as the Standard for Automatic Fire Detection and Alarm System,Code of Practice for Selection, Installation and Maintenance of Emergency Fire Extinguishers,National Building Code, 2005,Code of Practice for Fire Safety of Buildings and all the other relevant safety standards necessary to identify all hazards requiring corrective & preventive actions. We also help you to prepare emergency plans for fire safety and conduct mock drills.

5. Electrical safety audit

Physical inspection of the facility with reference to applicable Indian standards, Indian Electricity Rules and other relevant codes of Practice & identifying electrical non-conformities and hazards (shocks, fires, explosion, overloading etc) and to suggest electrical safety solutions.
